Yakima  Tonneau Kit 1

Please see my review on Amazon. Long story short Yakima is continuing to sell a product that they know damages your Retrax tonneau cover and they are relying on Retrax to replace your damaged rails until they engineer an adequate system. Yakima is pathetic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the opportunity to try the Yakima Tonneau Adapter Kit for Truck bed covers from @Influenster. It was perfect for our Ford SD and my husband was absolutely excited The instructions are easy. The kit comes with all the necessary bolts and helps easy to retract the bed covers. It is well made and sturdy. And worked very well with our truck.

My friend has complete set as truck picture. Nice and strong solid. This gift promote me to save thousand buck to get complete rack system to supprise my son .

Certainly the cheapest part of this setup - I spent appx $1500 on this rig, it looks great and is solid.. works very well for my paddle boards and carrier, looks legit over my Tundra. However, this adaptor is cheap.. I mean it works but really, I will gladly send in the original base for and exchange of an adaptor of the same quality.. I will mention I had to get the Tonneau adaptor becuase I have a Retrax bed cover.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this product by Influenster and Yakima Tonneau in exchange for my honest review. I had my hubby attach this to our truck finally! It’s amazing especially for when we need to transport items and have no room inside we can now put them in the truck bed bc it’s covered!!! You do need an existing adapter to attach this to so make sure you have it hooked up before purchasing! It’s made a world of difference though! Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kit is easy to install and works as described. Not being particularly mechanically inclined I installed all posts in about 20 min. So far I have used the kit with overhaul bars and my roof top tent for a little over 3,000 miles without issue. I check bolts daily, for the first few days I had to tighten slightly, but since then they haven’t loosened at all. For anyone that wants a tonneau cover and rack, the kit is a must have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually surprised my son with this product, cause he does construction and landscaping, and it was a total game changer for him...it made his life so much easier, and he continuously told me how easy it was to install, and how surprised he was with the sturbillity of it....he absolutely loves it, and is so happy he received it. He said he highly recommends it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This adapter kit is well designed with easy-to-follow installation instructions and all the tools needed to install on the truck. Since this is just the adapter kit, it's hard to compare its performance across the different attachments. But it worked well for my needs and is well made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compatible with my Titan pickup, easy to install but did have a bit of trouble with the bolts, would like them to fit more snuggly. Overall pleased and looking forward to trying out more Yakima products
