Product is great- disappointed in customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is great in all weather. It's especially wonderful in the wind. The colors are very vibrant and attractive.

Awesome jacket with fanny pack :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is very comfortable and true to size. The only complain that I have is that it's a bit too long.

Practical, effective and so cute

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this for the Mist Trail hike in Yosemite and it was very effective at keeping me dry, front pocket with zipper and velcro flap kept my phone dry. Large hood was also useful. Very light weight and dried quickly to pack away in a cute fanny.

It's awesome!

I was gifted this jacket to celebrate my one year of sobriety and I've already worn it on a hike! It's a medium and it fits perfectly. Room to layer, it's breathable, and I can move in it. Xoxo

I love this parka! It's my go-to for running!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love going out on a run and wearing this. It's not particularly warm but I usually just wear a down vest underneath. I love the length as well with the hood! Multifunctional!!!

Loved it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the color wave. Fit perfectly. Just wish it would've been waterproof.

Amazing Jacket

Bought this last year and still love it! Love how simple it is to stuff the jacket into the attached pouch. It helps it’s so small when packed in, takes up next to no space in my pack. Great quality as well! Would most definitely recommend!

My fave jacket!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely obsessed with this jacket. I had been needing a windbreaker for a while, and when I saw this bright and colourful one, I knew I had to have it. I've had it for a few months now, and I love how packable it is, and I love the convenience and style. This jacket goes everywhere with me- I can easily throw it in a backpack for hiking (or make it into a fanny pack), or put it in a travel bag, just incase. I've even used it as a dry & clean surface to sit down on when I'm taking a snack break in the mountains. I always receive tons of compliments when I wear this, I love the 1980s vibe of the colour scheme. The only con to this, is it runs big. I wear a size S in everything, both at North Face and at other companies, but a small in this was way too big, and I wish I had ordered an extra small instead.
