Great for Alpine with Occasional Touring

These have been my primary binding for the last few years. I use them primarily in the ski area and occasionally out of bounds for touring. They are basically markers lightest alpine binding the squire mounted on a frame. I weigh 205, am a expert skier, and run my din settings 7 to 8 and these bindings work great for me. In the ski area they ski just as well as any downhill binding. They weigh just over 1000gr/binding. I would not consider the Marker Duke binding because of its significantly greater weight. If you're primarily a downhill skier and have just one set of skis then these are a good choice. If you're going to have a dedicated touring setup then I would probably go with tech bindings because of the reduced weight.
