Socks are great for walking and running and work.
I use these for inside my sneakers and inside my work boots. This summer has been very humid and high temps. When a used cotton socks my feet where soaked when I used them. So I got these socks and your feet stay cool and any sweating disipates and your feet stay dry. I love them and I wear these types for 3 seasons of the year.
Comfortable and Warm
I love these socks. They fit well, are warm and wear nicely. They are good in hiking boots for day trips and feel so comfortable I am tempted to wear them all the time. I made a special trip to REI to get more!
The Bomb
These Balega don't disappoint. Got them to wear with my rain boots and they feel great. Soft, but still snug and retain fit. I love this brand.
Great socks for running and workout
I ran into these socks in the REI store in DC. They are very comfortable. Great for running and workout. Good for both cool and hot weather.

These socks are not only soft to the touch but also very cushiony! I will certainly be buying another pair of these! Crazy comfy!
Inferior to 2018 Version
I purchased an earlier version of Balega Enduro V-Tech Quarter Socks in 2018. The new 2021 version of these socks is decidedly inferior to that earlier version. Probably due in part to an increase in the thickness of the socks, the current version does not wick moisture as well. Thicker is not always better. In addition, these new socks provide less compression than my Balega socks used to provide.
Favorite Workout Socks
I love these socks for cycling (Peloton), running & walking. Quarter socks are great for me bc I don’t like the feeling of shoes rubbing against my skin or socks slipping down. Balega socks offer the most arch & toe support without being bulky or feeling too tight suffocating skin, like other brands do by irritating your foot. 5-stars for all Balega socks & especially this style!
Magic socks!
I've been a diehard Smartwool wearer for ages but when my local REI was out of their cycling socks I decided to try these out. Glad I did! My oldest pair are now more than a year old yet still have all the cushioning they had on day one. They also show no signs of wear despite being worn 2-3 times a week. I now wear them for cycling, running and just puttering around the house.
A sock for all feet!
This Balega sock is the most comfortable sock in my sock drawer. The weight is not bulky, is cool to wear in hot weather, and is thin enough throughout to allow tighter fitting shoes to feel comfortable, especially in the toe box. The elastic in the 1/4 top holds nicely without being too snug. I wish Balega made a dark dress sock with the same features
great but not the best
great fit! so soft and comfortable. I'm not as big a fan of these as some of my woolen socks. they have begun to break down a bit and the cushiness has become thinner, but they are super comfortable and have a great support built in.... I'd buy another pair for sure, but they're not my favorites.
