A must for any mountain biker in the DMV region

I have been mountain biking in the DMV for almost 20 years and there are trails that I know like the back of my hand, but for parks that I only go to infrequently, the book is absolutely invaluable to find out in advance the type of terrain, the distance, the best trails inside the system and most importantly, how much fun it will be. Congrats to Scott Adams and Martin Fernandez for not just a useful book, but more to the point since we're talking about one of the most exciting activities one can enjoy in life (mtbing!), a fun book!

Thorough, informative, and entertaining. I love the stories on the folks who created and/or maintain the trails.
