Sturdy and easy to clean, great sub. for tug ropes

Got this for my 55lb pitbull about 6 months ago, and she's been playing this every day ever since. It is made of a very sturdy matte rubber material, which makes it long lasting and very easy to clean. I used to buy her tug toys made of ropes, but they would only last about a week before smelling really bad or getting torn apart. This is definitely my dog's favorite toy!

It’s supposed to be a floating rubber dog toy.. but it doesn’t float. I might have well just thrown my wallet out in the Chesapeake Bay

Doesn’t float

In theory, this is an excellent product. I purchased it at the same time I bought the Ruffwear life vest. However, the first throw in the water, the toy sank to the bottom of the lake and was never seen again. At least the vest gets a 5 star review?

The best Dog toy!

This is my dogs absolute FAVORITE! She is a 'super chewer' and has yet to do any damage to the toy. We play fetch in and out of the water (it floats!) as well as Tug-of-War.. I bought a second for our camper and a couple more for friend's dogs.

Confused Labs

Took our 2 labs out for a swim in our pond. Threw the "floating toy" out for them to race to it and fetch, only to see 2 labs very confused when it sank like a rock and never returned to the surface. Disappointing for the dogs and my wallet.

My dog's favorite

I picked up one of these on a whim for an upcoming trip and it was probably the best toy we have ever purchased for our dog. She LOVES it. Our dog is moderately destructive to toys and a pretty big chewer, but this one is still going strong. She loves to play with it in the backyard and in the pool and it floats great (as long as the liner piece stays in). She also loves it for tug o' war and it has worked surprisingly well for that. The only detractor for me is the color - it's a beautiful shade of blue, but the same shade as our pool, so it's hard for her to see it if it isn't where she is expecting it to be. This has led to some anxiety for her thinking she's lost it, so I think 0a darker red or green, or even just a darker blue - something to have more contrast, would be preferable, but otherwise it's a total hit.

Most durable Ruff toy yet!

My bull terrier has been chewing on this stick for days and there isn’t a dent in it—Ruff wear’s toy line are hands down the most durable toys. We take this stick and the green ball on our adventures and my pup has yet to tear the toys into a million pieces (as he would a Kong toy or similar that cost twice as much). The bright colors and material keep these toys from getting lost in dirt and water :) very happy dog mom here!

My bulldog broke this into dangerous chunks in m…

This is NOT for aggressive chewers. My dog easily chomped 1” chunks within 10 minutes which would have landed us at the emergency room.

DIDN'T LAST

It did float as it stated and thought it would last. However, my lab chewed it up in less than 20 minutes.

Doesn’t float but the dogs don’t care

I bought this for the dogs to play with in a swimming pool. It sinks to the bottom. Glad that I didn’t try it out on a lake or river first. Even though it doesn’t live up to floatable, it’s still fun as a throw stick in thr back yard and if the dogs drop it into the pool, one of the humans can dive down to retrieve it,
