Improvement on previous models
This stuff sack is surprisingly durable and well-reinforced in key areas. Compared to previous models, the drawstring area has been reinforced with a plastic, non-mesh "collar" that will not fray or tear with extended use due to friction from the drawstring cord. This versatile, lightweight, and quick-drying stuff sack should be a welcome addition to any travel bag. The mesh is strong enough to withstand reasonably "sharp-edged" objects, but excessive cutting, rubbing, or force will certainly rip the mesh. I use my stuff sack to bring chargers, outlets, cords, and other loose items when I travel.
Separates clean/dirty water filtration components
My backpacking buddy is an Infection Preventionist and insists that the clean and dirty parts of my Platypus GravityWorks water filter system be stored separately to prevent cross-contamination. I store the clean components in the original mesh bag and the dirty ones in this small mesh bag. Not sure if his advise has saved my life or made me a paranoid shell of a man. Either way, the bag works great.
Camp dish washing problem solved
I bought this to put in my wet dishes after washing them at camp. I’m a lazy person and I hate carrying a towel to dry my dishes. I tie a rope between the trees hang this with my dishes in it. The drying my dishes problem is solved! I’d recommend doing it. It makes life so much easier.
sturdy, good value
I use this sack to hold a collection of water bottles, sun screen, and bug spray when I go expedition kayaking. Ideal for items that don't need to be kept dry in a wet environment. The mesh bag doesn't collect water and it dry quickly. Would be good for small boating gear or poolside items.
Great little stuff bag
Mesh bags work great for packing like items in a larger bag, since you can see what you're grabbing for. These work as good as any and they are priced well.
Great for the toiletries
I used this product on a recent backpacking trip for all of my toiletries. Great product. Easy to open and close; holds tons of travel-sized items. Plan to use this for non-hiking related use as well.
Sturdy Mesh
It's sturdiness in the face of pointy plastic has led to it becoming the pool toy bag.
love it!
using this for my down sleeping bag-- it's easy to compress the back fully into the stuff sack without struggling and easy to get it back out. lightweight and if there's any dampness on the bag, this mesh sack will let It breathe.
Perfect for considering shoes
The bag is exactly what we were looking for. It is a sturdy bag yet lightweight and perfect for airing out the camp shoe while hiking.
Does what it does
You stuff things into the sack. Does what it said it would. I'm pretty happy with that.
