Works great, runs very large
These worked great paired with Chacos on a trip to the Current River in Missouri in March, keeping my feet comfortably warm and added some comfort when I got rocks and sand in my Chacos. I appreciate the build quality and minimal packaging. HOWEVER: These run super large (see the sizing chart on NRS website). I am a men's size 13.5 shoe and I found the size L to fit best, so I would suggest trying them on before you buy or sizing down.
Decent sock, questionable sizing
Note sizing, I wear a men’s US 9.5, a large on the provided sizing chart. Medium was too large, small fit perfectly. Id recommend trying them on, don’t go by the sizing chart alone, it appears way off. Socks seem pretty good under Keen sandals, I did have to get the nail clippers to remove a couple of pointy glues spots where the sole is glued to the body of the neoprene sock while inside out to remove prickly points.
Lasted roughly three months.
I purchased an XL pair of these in June to use for hiking/creek walking in Western NC. I pair them with closed-toe Keen sandals. As of September, there's a huge hole in the right sock where the toe should be covered. They're comfortable and effective for mild use but I can't recommend these for long hikes or any sort of heavy rotation. $30 for three months isn't acceptable.
