Allows upper body movement w/out restriction.
The problem wasn't the wetsuit, it was me. I mostly fit in a large size. The problem was I couldn't get the zipper up over my stomach. Kind of embarrassing and probably a wake-up call. So I had to go extra-large. While it fits over my stomach there are some air gaps that get a little chilly. So if you have a flat stomach or semi flat stomach, this is a great wet suit. Not sure if they make wetsuits for 50 year old men.
Triathlon wetsuit
I used this for my third sprint triathlon. I like it because it was lightweight, and I had plenty of freedom of movement in the water. Also, it was easy to put on and quick to take off.
Great for paddling
Have used my shorty on 3 kayaking outings on SF, Tomales and Drake’s Bays- very comfy and keeps off the chill. Would want a more substantial suit for more extreme ocean paddling but great for the more sheltered waters.
Perfect Fit and Temperature Control
The suit fits me well. I'm 67" and weigh ~156 lbs. Suit is snug around torso and quads. I use this suit to swim laps and high intensity aerobic class.
More snorkel time🤿🐠🦭
Been snorkeling in the Salish Sea for the past few weeks in 58F water. This gives me an extra ten minutes or so allowing me to stay in for half an hour before the core starts dropping too much.
