I like how it's compact. But what I don't like is the bag doesn't open all the way to where you can lay it out flat. The two bags inside aren't labeled with their contents so you'll be unloading everything from them while you're dripping blood all over your kitchen floor. It could use better organization. Other than that though it's a great kit for the price. Great to have in the car too.

Pawsomely Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Adventure Dog Series Medical Kit is the top notch first aid kit for dogs. It has everything my fur baby Echo could ever need. My dog Echo goes camping and hiking with the family. The kit contains wound cleaning supplies, paw care items, a field guide and a tick remover. Be sure to take one on your next hiking with your fur baby. It's always better to be prepared.

Me & my dog medical bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pretty excited to this. As I am always out walking in the woods with my dog. He does love to swim and roll in huge mud puddles when he gets the chance. If you have a dog and you love the great outdoors invest in something like this. This way you are always prepared for an emergency.

A great kit to have on hand for your fur monsters!

Love these kits. I have the small kit that I keep in my truck at all times and then a larger kit that I always have with me when on big hikes as well as in my off-grid camping trailer. With 3 dogs, all of which have health issues (and are magnets for trouble) this is a must. The only thing I wish was different was I wish these bags were insulated and a little bigger to leave space for meds that you may need/want to add for your specific pup. I have to carry some meds for all three of my monsters and in the summer it gets crazy hot. Having insulation to keep them more temperature-controlled would be a nice addition.

Will be very handy...

As an EMT, I am always well stocked for human injuries, but thought it was time to have a kit solely for my fur babies so if in the case of an emergency I don't have to tear apart all my kits. Will be nice to keep all dog first aid stuff in one bag. The one thing I'm not super impressed with is the "waterproof" bags it came with. When I first opened it up and was taking the bag out it ripped below the opening, so no longer waterproof. Which is fine, not the end of the world, but a sturdier waterproof bag would be nice. I hope I never have to use anything in this kit, but I will be happy knowing I am prepared.

Awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is actually really cool. I didn't open it completely because I wanted everything to fit back in it. I haven't had to use it yet but let me tell you I love it already. It has a book inside that tells you how to help your pet and yourself in all different types of situations. We take our dogs camping alot. We had a 1st aid kit for humans in our camper but now we have one to help with our pets too. It looks small but there's alot of stuff in it. I just really love this it makes me feel more confident in helping my pet if something were to ever happen. It's packed full but small enough that while hiking it wouldn't be bulky or heavy.

Amazing Kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am blown away with this kit. This kit is small and compact and easily fits into a backpack. It is a very comprehensive kit with just about anything you could need for an emergency for yourself or your dog while out. The kit has carrying handles on it which makes it easy to grab and go. The colors, a light green and light brown, make it easy to find in your gear. On the outside of the bag, there is a place to write an emergency and regular vet phone number. The Wilderness and Travel Medicine comprehensive guide covers an extremely wide variety of medical issues that could arise. I strongly recommend this kit for those that like to hike with their dog.

Contents are suitable for a wide variety of incidences such as Wound Care, Sprain & Strain Care, Tick Removal and much more. The attractive Green/Beige Carry Case is well constructed. Check it before you need it

Comes with detailed actual first aide books that fit in the bag. It has two low quality waterproof bags that everything fits in. Mine were open so definitely check this kit before you end up on the trail with a wet first aide kit. Other than the books, pretty standard stuff, nothing really worth the extra expense.
