Absolute amazing shoes
These shoes were my vacation's saviors. I lost my other pair of shoes and I ended up using only this pair of shoes during my 20 days trip to Europe. They were more versatile and heavy duty that I expected. I walked an average of 18k steps everyday in Santorini, Florence, Rome, Pompeii... no problems at all. I actually enjoyed all the walking, I didn't get tire, no soreness, no blisters. I wore them with shorts, with Jeans and even for a formal dining they looked great. Wide toe box for my feet and good support. I just love them. From now on this is my go to pair of shoes when I'm traveling (except fro snow or rain of course) People mentioned that they are not for long walks... I walked on thought terrains, pebble stone streets, etc, One day I walked more than 20 k steps and no problems. Mahalo nui loa for these shoes
Great all-day shoe
I bought these shoes with the intention of them replacing my Vans and they have absolutely delivered. I purchased the Rock/Mustang color and they go great with jeans and shorts of many colors. I think they also look better than the grey ones. I have owned them for almost two months and I am already starting to see wear, but I expect this from a shoe design for water, and I am wearing doing just about every activity. These are comfortable, but because of their stretchy material I would recommend trying a slightly smaller size than you usually do or else your foot might slide around and cause blisters. Thanks for the great shoes!
I wear them every day, so far so good
Light weight & breathable... I've been wearing them every day all day for about three weeks. They're very comfy and my feet don't sweat... you can feel the air pass through while walking even with socks on. I wouldn't take them on a trail but for work and day-to-day they're perfect and they don't look like the same shoe everyone else is wearing.
Super comfy, but runs big
Love these shoes, but they run big. I wear a 9-9.5 in most shoes (some 10's even), but had to get these in a 8.5. Otherwise, super comfy and stylie.
Olukai Shoes Rock!
This is my third pair of Olukai shoes. They all are exceptional. I have the grey pair with laces similar design to the ones bought recently. These ones with the bungee strap system I like better. No more tying laces. They say they can be wore in water. I haven't done so as of yet. Granted they probably will be the shoes I wear when I go to an amusement park. Comfy and obviously always that chance of getting wet.
Slip on comfort- a go too
The OluKai Nohea Moku shoe is a go too. Its easy to slip on and run errands all day or just relax by the camp fire. Its comfort is second to none. I have liked this shoe so much I have bought a second pair and one for my dad, as well. In addition, I think I have recommended it to about 50 people. I wonder if I can get a discount for my free promotional plugs and the many sales to my friends. LOL. I also used them to try to get my wife to go for another Hawaii trip!!
Amazing, Versatile Shoes
Absolutely love these. I got a pair for a trip through the South Pacific that ended in Hawaii and they were phenomenal. I travel light so they were the only shoes I took with me. I really beat them up after wearing them on boats, beaches, in the streets, and then some tough hikes that involved a range of terrain, including lava rock on volcanos. They certainly stood ip to the beat and keep going strong. Even on muddy trails they did alright. They aren’t made for hiking like that but they can do the job. Just make sure to get a size that fits snug. Even after all that abuse, I threw them in the wash when I got home and they came out looking great. Just not the insoles, but that’s expected. Wish I could upload before and after pics!
Excellent item
Needed a new pair of summer shoes and these didn't disappoint. After seeing them in store and sizing them I bought a pair online (color wasn't available in store). The material is thinner mesh on the top, which really helps in the heat. I've never worn them without socks so I can't comment on that. Prepare for your feet to get wet quickly when there is any rain going on. Comfortable and lightweight, they are pretty awesome.
Great Shoe But Hole in Mesh
I really like these shoes, but somehow I snagged the mesh on something. I tried to be careful with them and didn’t wear them at work. The hole is getting bigger.
Not "Equipped for wet conditions"
I bought these for my husband as the tagline says "equipped for wet conditions, the Olukai Nohea Moku shoes are inspired by and designed with a nautical life in mind." I have been researching shoes to wear on a boat when I came across this as an option. He is familiar with the Olukai brand having bought a pair of Olukais every year as he loved how comfortable they are as well as being easy to put on and take off but these did not live up to our expectations. He tried them on the boat, slipped and almost hit his head on the deck due to the lack of grip from these shoes. I do not recommend these in any nautical conditions. We will be returning this. I am rating these poor due to the false advertising. I think they do look nice but only for use in dry conditions.
