Fave Hiking/Running Shorts
I LOVE these Nike shorts for hiking and running. I probably have about ten pairs of them in various colors, but they suit me for when I am playing volleyball, running, day hiking, backpacking, or canoeing. They dry quickly and breathe well. I am 5'5" 145 lbs (size 8) and the medium fits well. Somewhat loose, but not too baggy (I have two smalls that are quite tight, so the medium fits best). BEST SHORTS!

No pocket!!
No pocket! Wildly annoying. I like the shorts, but these aren’t useful to me if there’s isn’t a place for my key.

Great for multi-sport athletes with big thighs

I’d been looking for a new pair of athletic shorts to wear to my boxing classes and soccer games when I came across these on clearance. I figured I’d try them out and could always return them, but I haven’t wanted to! They are loose enough that if they ride up slightly, they fall back down with your next movement - so, if you have big, muscular thighs like me, you don’t have to worry about stopping what you’re doing to pull them down. I don’t care for the built-in briefs, but I put up with them because the rest of the garment’s versatility is worth it to me.

Love...although sizes seem inconsistent in different colors.

Purchased the black and heather/black in both a small & medium. Love the shorts, although the sizes are not consistent. I am typically a small in Nike legging products. I am 5'7 135lbs and have a regular built. I kept going back and forth to figure out which size works best. The small works for me in the heather/black, although the small in black seems to have a smaller fit. Is tight in the built-in underwear, and the medium is too big and bulky in the backside. Will return the solid black and try for another small, maybe it was a production mishap. I checked off "True to Size" because there was no in between option.

amazing

I am 5’4’’ and 145 lbs, the medium fit perfectly! Great amount of room and not so right that it rides up but still flattering. Super comfortable pair of shorts I might buy another pair

Comfy..even for thick thighs!

I was so worried that these would ride up and be uncomfortable on the trail but after several hikes with them these have become my go-to summer hiking shorts! I’m back to get the other two colors while they’re still on sale.

Lightweight & comfortable

Lightweight and comfortable shorts, true to size. Good price for a product that I think will last. I'm 5'5", 125 #, and the size small fits great.

Nike doesn't understand larger bodies

I order an XL, according to the size chart. These shorts are roomy through the leg and the butt. HOWEVER. Large people don't only accumulate fat in the legs and the but. These shorts are so tight in the front. I bought them in 2 colors and for some reason the grey ones also have an extra inch and a half in the crotch. The lining, however, does not have this extra space, so you can't just pull the shorts up to have a higher waist. If you're going to make clothes in large sizes, you've got to understand that large people aren't proportioned the same as small people. We're not just wider.

LOVE these shorts!!! Good for all ages

These are fantastic - I love them. I am 56 years old and they are not too short for me - I have normal size (maybe on the skinny size thighs) and they look an feel great!

Good fit, but they make me stink

I'm normally size 10-ish, have large athletic, muscular legs and a small waist. The Large is a good fit; the shorts do not ride up, and they hang really well when I run in them. The only problem is they do not wick away sweat, so I start to smell pretty bad quickly. Otherwise, these are great
