These things are comfortable and tough. When I first received these pants I was skeptical on the material, it just seemed so thin. I was quickly proved wrong and now they are my go to pants for any job, especially if its in the hot sun. I have found myself doing everything from clearing farm ditch, to haling lumber and theys still have not shown any wear. I also wore them to hike a 14er this summer and was very pleased by their wind blocking abilities and comfort. one small complaint is that the cell phone pocket is right where the knee bends, so if you crouch at all for work or play there is interference. I am very picky when it comes to how baggy pants are. For me, there is nothing worse than feeling like a wanna be gangster in ill fitting pants. But, these pants are a nice leg width, not skinny hipster and also not g-money gangster. All in all I wish I had 5 pairs of these pants, and I think you will too.

Great cut and fit

I actually like these pants, the cut is great, they are very comfortable. They dry fast when you get out in weather, good pockets. My only complaint and the reason I rate them as fair is the material is just way to thin, and over the last few years have decreased in quality. If your an outdoorsman and want to wear these out hiking and climbing around in brush and rock, forget it. They tear way to easy, the material wears out supper fast, like around the pockets. For the price I feel they should hold up reasonably well. Not built for an active person.

Third Pair - Best Fit Ever

I just bought my third pair of these pants because they fit perfectly. They are my "go-to" pant for field days at work and just about everything else I do. I'm not fat, but my thighs and glutes are too big for skinny jeans. These pants fit us medium build guys perfectly. I also work outside, often spending over 6hrs in waders. These pants are light, comfy under waders, and dry quickly at the end of the day. I'm not as fond of the apparently unnecessary fancy stitching and metal tabs on the newer version, and it didn't seem like my first pair (2011) had spandex. I'll report on how this material holds up over time. My only complaint is that I wish the right thigh pocket opening was angled in the reverse direction and opened toward the back. The current opening (toward the front) can snag on branches, twigs, and even arm chairs...makes it difficult to escape a plume of campfire smoke with a folding chair stuck to your leg.

Relief from jeans

They have been very comfy to drive in 4+ hours in, fit well and do a great job on the trail. I should mention they breath and wear well too.

Comfortable and light, a couple of minor issues

I've been shopping for cotton blends recently, lighter weight for travel and quick drying. These pants fit the bill admirably, and they tend to stay wrinkle free (unlike the older cotton jean-type pants from Kuhl!) The pockets are made out of a stretch material, which I'm not fond of; I would rather they were a bit sturdier. Also, there is an extra button flap on the inside of the waist opening, to support the front closure in addition to the snap. I'm not fold of that feature either.

Good product, but not new

I have bought Kuhl products as well as others from REI many times over the years, and I continue to be an avid REI follower; however, this last order of the Kuhl Revolvr pants came without regular tags and with scuffs and stains on the pant legs. Not sure what happened here, but these should've been sold in a REI garage sale, not as a new product at full price. The pants fit well and look good, other than the obvious previous usage.

Mislabled Pants

I love these pants. I bought a pair in-store, and decided to order a second on-line. Unfortunately, the second pair's inseam was significantly longer than labeled and certainly not the same as the first pair that fit perfectly. Returned to store. Would not refund shipping costs even thought the product was not as advertised. Frustrating.
