Maxxis holy rollers suck without these

I have these on a 2nd set of rims as my mtb road trainers. I ride a lot of Denver sidewalks. Maxxis holy rollers roll great, but are punctured by dandelions petals. Installed these, now the tires are fine

No More Flats

Was flatting weekly on a new route that took me along old industrial sites. After researching options I decided on Rhinodillos. They have performed perfectly, hundreds of miles and three months without a flat. Now my rides are worry free. They are easy to install and add insignificant weight to the bike. No other fix is as simple, as inexpensive and as reliable.

not for desert trails

I bought a pair of these and have had 4 flats in the last 8 rides. Found desert spines piercing them! I don’t recommend for desert riding conditions.

Good thorn protection

Provided good puncture resistance on trails with goatheads, sharp rocks and other thorns. So far only about 20 miles of grueling trails. Handling did not seem to be impacted. Weight is about 95g per strip. Instructions say silver side facing tire, but sticker on liner indicates opposite. I installed silver side out, leaving smoother side against the tube

It does prevent flat tires!

This is a must-have if you ride bike on a daily basis in a city. I haven't had a flat tire since 2019.
