I basically bought these same pants last year (same pants different name with 2 new colors). I bought both the medium blue (darker than on line) and light grey. They are very comfortable for a wet Spring and Winter in Chicago, light-medium rain or snow just beads off. Will get wet if rain-snow is heavy. If it is cold out, I put on some patagonia long underwear. These pants are casual and yet dressy enough from my commute, to work, and to have a good dinner and drinks afterwards. I also wear the Prana pants like this, but they aren't as comfortable and the material is not as good as the Mammut pants. However, the quality of the mammut pants are not as good. My mammut pants from last year, the side zippered pocket have a hole in them. Therefore, I gave them a 4 star for quality of material, comfort, and style.
I like these pants. I wear it in the house as my everyday pants. It is very versatile because of comfort and it’s water resistant. I used it also for fall hiking. I went to Blue Lake in North Cascades National Park last October 28, 2017 wearing these. It was warm enough when combined with a base layer underneath.
Great product and wish REI carried more of this brand
Perfect for those cool morning hikes in Colorado. Lightweight and stretchy make the steps much easier, plus breaks the wind off.
I highly recommend this Product. Don't over think it, go ahead and buy them you will not regret it!
These were a status symbol purchase. Decent buy at $90, but are kind of dressy. I only wear these in the Joint Field Office in PR. They do wash well but I don’t know about durability? They are pretty lightweight.
Fabric is great, dries fast, comfortable. True to size, nice cut, very flattering. I bought my husband 3 pairs.they are his favorite pant now.
