Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated. Size chart values represent body measurements, not garment measurements.
SHORT: Some pants are available in short sizes, which generally means an inseam that is 2.5 inches shorter than regular sizes.
TALL: Some pants, shirts, jackets and parkas are available in tall sizes, which generally means an inseam that is 3 inches longer and a rise that is 1 inch longer, a shirt or jacket body that is 2 inches longer, a parka body that is 2.5 inches longer and sleeves that are 2.5 inches longer than regular sizes.
Capri or cropped pants have an intentionally shorter inseam—reference the technical specs instead of this chart.
Inseam is measured to the floor.

Material is great. Overall size runs larger than other REI shirts. The hole for the neck is enormous and makes the shirt look ridiculous. Very odd.
Bought for nights during backpacking trip on AT. Temps were in the low 20's and it was a comfortable, warm, lightweight base layer. Very satisfied!
Used these bad boys whilst snowboarding up in the Wasatch front. They fit well. The fabric is soft like your favorite puppy but strong and resilient like bull. I love them. The only reason I took them off was because it's still not socially acceptable to roam about in my underwear. I highly recommend you get yourself a pair.
Rei brand base layers are such a good value for the money and this version is more of the same. Very warm, Wicks moisture well. Even great to wear as a single layer if in the 50s or so. Only issue: this model runs large, I usually wear a large in rei brands and a large drowned me; I had to exchange for a medium.
I agree with "skimtastic" - the material is really nice. The neck size is absurd - it looks like some brutes played tug of war with the shirt. While the rest of the fit is nice, the neck looks silly and, for me, is uncomfortable - I will be returning.
Warm top for running in the cold. Fits snug (took a medium vs. normal large) and feels great against your skin. Drys quickly and stays warm even after standing around after activity. Bought a second one for my son.
I bought this a few weeks ago for a 5 day trip in the sierra's. It was very comfortable and good for layering at night. This did a great job of hiding my odor for the trip which was no easy task.
The fit on these is pretty decent. Snug in the arms and chest but noticeably looser in the lower chest and trunk area. Breathability and warmth are both good.
I bought this for my trip to Iceland and it worked very well. Great as a second layer.
Bought this because it was a mid weight base layer garment, 89%polyeste, and 11% spandex., woven in a fine knit finish.. It has exceeded my expectations, and I find it comfortable to wear around the house this winter time of year. And, to my surprise, it’s made in the USA!
