Unconventional use
I bought these slings for an unconventional reason. I am an EOD Technician in Iraq and needed a strong lightweight sling to attach to buried heavy ordnance items. These work great and have never broken even when using a vehicle attached to a Kevlar line. Great product.
Not Happy
I would not purchase this item again there are cheaper slings out there. My wife and I had a climb coming up and we were super excited to get these just a few days away from our climb. I’m not sure if it was just me but I didn’t read the fine print. We ordered 3 thinking we were going to get 9 slings. But after calling REI just to make sure they said you get a random color out of the 3 not 3 slings. So we had to make a run to the REI store and buy more. We weren’t that upset cause it felt like our fault just giving our opinion on the product post. The product itself is adequate.
