Your new REI Co-op is opening soon

After delays due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are thrilled to finally open in Gainesville on Friday, July 24! Your new REI Co-op store will offer limited in-store shopping with a wide assortment of quality outdoor gear. For those who prefer to shop online, REI Gainesville will also offer Curbside Pickup starting July 31. Let us help you gear up for camping, biking, paddling, and more! We are located on SW 32^nd Ct in Butler Town Center.

While we love to help you get outside, our health and safety protocols mean things take a little longer than usual. Thanks for your patience as we work to keep everyone healthy and safe. Here’s what you can expect:

• We are limiting the number of people allowed in the store at once to adhere to social distancing standards.
• We will have socially distanced queuing at store entrances, cash registers and shop counters.
• REI employees are required to wear face coverings while in REI locations.
• We are also requiring all customers to wear face coverings while at REI stores, and are providing disposable face coverings for anyone who doesn’t have them. This requirement does not apply to children under the age of two and individuals who are unable to wear a face covering due to a medical condition.
