I work on snow in

I work on snow in these base layers. I'm 5'10" 2000 athletic. Ordered the Large. Initially thought they were too form fitting but they relax immediately and feel great. Not too tight, not too loose. They fit perfectly. Very comfortable. Much warmer than I expected for a thin base layer. Best of all they are super durable and hold up well being washed when needed. Which isn't all that often because they really don't pick up stink at all after wearing the same set for several days in a row. Impressive. Fully recommend.

The best!

This is the greatest merino baselayer I have ever used. I have smartwool, icebreaker, outdoor research, costco; this is the one I grab for ski days & days that matter. It is expensive, but totally worth it. My only gripe is the position of the thumb holes. I find myself using them to see my watch more than keep the sleeves in place since it's relatively slim fitting. The slim wrist means it doesn't twist well to see my watch, but that's not what it's for. . .

Quality Control Issues

Like the base layer. Works well for touring. Dries quickly. Stays warm. Thumb hole cuff are very thick. Two inches. Kinda odd, but doesn't seem to bother me. Real disappointment is the seam is separating after maybe 8 uses. I've had issues with the notion pants with seams as well. Brand new pair arrived with a hole in the seam. Quality control seems to be a real issue. For the price I'd consider other products.

Awesome merino top

Surprisingly durable for a merino wool piece - i.e. no pilling at friction points like the pits. Fits really well to the body - i.e. fitted to contours without feeling tight. Also, a good length that stayed tucked into the matching pants all day while skiing. I plan to get more of these and use them as my go to base layer for all winter activities - skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, etc.

Dries quicker, Surprisingly warm

Now that I've had a chance to do a few early season ski tours, Solution 150 (I have the 3/4 bottom too) is now my go to base layer. Dries well, even with high output, (boxer briefs with same material would be super nice), and surprisingly warm given how thin in comparison to other wool base layers I have.

Second one of these shirts!

Great baselayer! This is my second shirt that I got in an XL for more casual wear. I also rock a L for those times when I want a closer to skin fit for a true baselayer up. The XL on me is perfect for lounging and as a casual stand alone. I also got the matching pants as well. Highly recommend.

Awesome piece of techwear but

Awesome piece of techwear but too small and fitted to be worn as anything but a base layer. I sized using my exact measurements across my chest and it’s really tight. No room for shrink. Not usable for anything besides sport base layer, which is a bit disappointing.

Easy choice

This piece makes the rest of my gear click. Arms are long enough, shoulders broad enough, thumb hole cuffs generous enough, hem length is perfect. It doesn’t get stinky, hold sweat, pill up, or stretch out. Love it so much I bought the bottoms too. Goodbye capeline

Merino top

Great quality and warm Do not like the length in the arms with thumb loop Just not ideal for my skiing and use with other layers Missed the loop portion when purchased, otherwise would have looked elsewhere

Great Base Layer

Very warm and form fitting. I personally did not like the longer length of the sleeves, but it may just be a sizing issue. 5’9 150 Pounds. Got medium. Can’t wait to use it this winter.
