Teva  Hydratrek Sandals - Men's

Surprised how a simple pair of sandals can be executed so well. Very happy with the product. The straps are so comfortable that I sometimes forget that I am wearing these sandals. Sturdy weave and a nice cushion on the straps keep my foot snuggly in place without digging into my skin. Strap adjustability helps keep the sandal exactly in place so it's not sliding around as I am walking. Fit is fantastic allowing my foot and ankle complete freedom of movement without any discomfort or restriction. The sole has a nice cushion without compromising on support. I have problems with my arches so having a sturdy yet soft arch support is amazing. I can stay on my feet for a long time in these sandals without wearing out my feet. Overall these are very comfortable sandals with a solid build and will now be a staple of my wardrobe.

Huge fan of these Tevas! I dont wear sandals very often at all but the Tevas I have are great. I mainly like to use them for rock climbing and casual outdoor wear. The main reason I like them so much is because of how easy they are to put on, and how well they stay on. Most sandals have a type of plastic that rubs against your foot in a negative way. Not these, they feel amazing and doesnt blister your foot.

I have worn these shoes around the house and to some local beaches. They are very comfortable, offer good support and solid traction with the semi-aggressive sole, and make the perfect beach companion. The sizing runs a little large so I would recommend selecting a pair one size down from your normal shoe size.

I have been extremely impressed with the Teva Hydratrek Sandals. Whether on light hikes, hanging out at the lake or river, they are extremely durable and comfortable. The sole of the shoe is firm without being exceedingly heavy. The sole also provides a good amount of grip when on slippery surfaces at the river. The padding on the straps extremely comfortable as well and really alleviates pressure points when hiking over uneven surfaces or when the sandal is wet. The strapping itself dries very quickly and is made of solid materials so it does not feel like it will give out and wear quickly over time. Overall, I highly suggest these sandals if you spend any time near the water but need foot protection.

Alright, let's talk Teva Hydratek sandals. They're pretty popular among outdoor folks, especially those hitting the trails. Personally, I've found them to be a reliable choice. The traction? Solid. I've tackled some rough terrain, and these sandals kept me steady. Comfort-wise, they're not bad either. The cushioning is decent, and the straps don't rub your feet raw, which is always a plus. Quick-drying? Yep, they deliver on that front too. Saved me from soggy feet more than once. Now, are they the cheapest option out there? Nah, but if you're serious about hiking, they're a worthwhile investment. All in all, the Teva Hydratek sandals get a thumbs up from me.

Rather more comfortable than I expected. I have had Tevas in the past, but more full sandals than these. Even with hear wearing over sharp rocks on long trails, they tend to hold up well for many years. The last pair I still have are 10 years old and still wearable for the trail, even if they look a little worse for wear. With the weather being either cold or wet with few days of sun, I was only able to wear these on errands, and just one trail day. They held fine when climbing up slickrock and wet shales, and I did not get blisters under the straps. The sole and padding did not get hot in the sun, and the straps dried quickly enough when I had to wade through a stream. Arch support was nice as well, and my feet were find after a 6-mile hike over mostly sharp rocky trails. The only thing I did not like is that little black pull tab on the instep strap. The velcro on the tab makes for quick removal annoying, because you have to dig into the velcro to find the edge to pull it up and away. Something that might be minor for someone else, but a bit of a pain point when you just want to take them off quickly.

I purchased two pairs of TEVA sandals to replace older TEVA’s - having worn TEVA sandals for decades. I was shocked to see the dramatic decline in quality of a once reliable brand. The sandals are flimsy and have a “cheap” feel and have no support. It is apparent that TEVA has lowered its design and manufacturing standards to accommodate cost issues. Given the history of the brand, it is disappointing to witness such a precipitous decline in quality. I have donated both pair of sandals to a charity.

Hydratrek sandals are great, but.... I wear light boots for hike but switch to sandals for fly fishing on remote streams. The Original Universal Sandals with a flat base work because when you get gravel under your foot - you can easily rinse it out. With the Hydratrek you often can't if it is under your heal; you have to take the sandal off to get the gravel out due to the form fitting under your heal. If you are wading in small streams, it is when this happens, not if. The old, original "TEVA River sandals" were the best. If something aint broke don't fix it.

These sandals offer unparalleled comfort, boasting a lightweight design and excellent traction. The additional cushioning around the upper toe are provides exceptional support, enhancing the overall comfort for my feet. I find myself reaching for these sandals daily and genuinely look forward to wearing them.

Always been flip flops fans, but glad to have these as they’re way more secure for beach waves, river current, rafting, etc. Straps wear comfortably and don’t rub skin in ways that would creat any rash. Sole is super grippy on rocks and gravel. Very quality and well made.
