Great travel shoe!
I purchased these shoes last minute before a trip to Peru. I was looking for a comfortable shoe that I could do a lot of walking in, but didn't look like a regular tennis shoe. These shoes fit the bill! They are cute enough to dress up an outfit or wear with a hiking outfit. These shoes required zero break in. I was able to comfortably walk on uneven hilly roads, stairs, and wet conditions. One day I walked 10 miles with no discomfort. No hot spots or blisters! The toe box is wide and comfortable and there is no slipping in the heel. The soles are very grippy, even in wet conditions. The shoes are lightweight and clean up easily. I was extremely satifsfied with this purchase!
So comfortable
I am technically a 9.5, but usually have to buy a 10 to accommodate my wide feet. Based on the reviews I bought these on 9.5 and 10 and the 9.5 were perfect. They have been so comfortable walking around town, I am looking forward to taking them on my travels
Travel Shoe
So far these are great. I’m breaking them in to take on a trip. Wanted a shoe that could navigate cobbled street, look stylish, and had a wide enough foot bed.
Disappointing
I really wanted to love this shoe. I love the color, the material and the fact that it’s wider at the toe but something about them is just painful. I’ve never had arch pain or any foot pain in shoe. They seem to be unbalanced to wear my arches fall inward. I have narrow feet and the shoes seemed kind of big overall, and then the heel slips out slightly. Going to keep trying to see if they break in but so disappointing.
Not cushy, but very comfortable
These shoes have a wide comfortable toe box, supportive but not spongy arch and are supremely comfortable. I've worn them to work, walking the dog, to the market and everywhere inbetween. I was surprised at the comfort level, especially since there is not much cushion to them, but because of the natural way it fits, I found that I didn't miss the extra cushioning supplied by other shoes.
Basalt color has a 2nd color!
Poor photo of shoe color. Got the Basalt - no where does it say sage green insets, does not show in the photo's either. Just odd. However great fit, great sole!
Weird, stiff fabric
Merrell Wrapt SNEAKERS - Cute shoe but the weird, stiff fabric across the top does not flex at all; it just bends unevenly, like a wonky piece of metal.
Very cute but a little stiff
These are cute but not as flexible as I would like. I ordered my normal size 8.5 and they did fit but just little too stiff for my liking.
