Dented Easily
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this travel cup for less than a week and it had fallen off my table, which is not very high at all and dented very badly! I was very disappointed and sad with how easily it dented and is now damaged. I set it down with hopes with won’t tip over now. I don’t like comparing products but I have to resort to using my Yeti. I have dropped that travel cup tons of times and has yet to dent let alone have a scratch on it. If you do buy these travel cups, buy the boot. It’s extra but at least it’ll save your cup. If you don’t want to pay extra, choose Yeti! They have stable cups!
Unique Straw System

I literally love my cup
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I literally love my cup so much. It is sturdy and leak proof, it is the best cup I’ve ever invested in. I love the color and again I can drop it without having to feel like something broke. I love the straw the rubber at the top of the straw. It’s super easy to clean and again just leak proof.

Bad design
The lid sweats so much from the top, is hard to drink water if the straw is all the way in the lid, dents and scratches so easily.
32 oz tumbler
I received my tumbler in a very oily package and my tumbler was also oily of what ever was spilled on it.
Product damaged
Received my tumblr damaged so disappointed as this was a gift for my husband who is a police officer.
Love the cup - but QA issues with the lid (even the replacement provided)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cup is a great size, perfect for having at my desk and not refilling as frequently. I researched cups and selected this one due to the lid being less likely to leak. This would be accurate if there weren't quality issues with the lid. I worked with customer support on this and a replacement lid was sent, however it didn't match the cup (blue cup, black lid). A new cup was also sent, however the lid on the new cup doesn't seal either... The cup seals perfectly with the non-matching lid...but neither lid that matches the purchased cup will seal and easily spills if the cup tips to the side. Frustrating...
