Worst shipping experience ever
When I place the order, I first choose in store pickup the website said will be delivered on July 2nd. After I place the order, it turns out to be July 16th. Then they canceled my order and said it can directly shipped to my address. It then says June 29th or 30th, and when they shipped it, it says July 2nd. Today is 3rd and I haven’t received it and won’t be able to have it for my trip. I reached out to the “smart” customer help and it said since you will not have it. I can cancel your order and make a return. Wouldn’t it be I’ll try my best to make it delivered on time? NMD-REI
WORST SHIPPING EVER
The product is good. However the shopping experience was horrible. Always change the scheduled delivery time and totally missed my recent travel. They had to cancel my in-store pickup order because of no stock. They placed an online order for me and it didn't arrive until 3 days after the earliest scheduled delivery time. How come they have such a terrible stock-management.
