Soft and it has hand warmer pockets!
Yes , I recommend this product
I tried on a lot of pfd's before ordering this one. I have sensitive skin and felt most other brands had straps under the arms or had higher necklines rub up on the neck/chin when sitting that would cause chaffing and irritation. This jacket is soft and the straps stay far enough away from my arms when down at my side or paddling/kayaking to not rub. The fabric is cozy and dries fast, the pockets are easier to get in an out of than any other pfd I tried, and it came with hand warming pockets! The price was also great. Make sure to check the size guide. I wear a medium in other pfds and the xs/s fit me with my 38" chest.
