These long Patagonia bike shorts keep you covered on descents. The 13 in. inseam covers the top of most kneepads. A breathable stretch fabric is made with recycled nylon from recycled fishing nets.

COOL SHORTS
Great color & light weight shorts. Perfect for warm weather. Minus one star due to not having more pockets.
great value
Comfortable shorts, great for bike commuting. Would be nice if it had normal hip pockets like the Patagonia Dirt Craft shorts, but the two side pockets plus left rear snap pocket are good enough when traveling with a backpack for the rest of my stuff, and at half the cost of the Dirt Craft shorts it’s a no brainer. (These also don’t come with a padded liner like Dirt Craft does, but I find that unnecessary to begin with, so no value lost)
comfortable, practical choice for bike shorts
No elastic to cut you, no seams to roll, no padding to bunch. These bike shorts work great with just a smear of chamois creme on the skin and an inexpensive athletic boxer brief. Unusual pocket design puts your belongings in secure, decent sized zippered pockets that don't interfere with pedaling action. Well ventilated to prevent buildup of heat and sweat. But beware of the sizing: the shorts run large for their stated size, and lose some of their advantages if not properly fitted.
