I purchased 6 pairs of Bridgedale Hike Midweight Merino Performance Boot Socks - Men's Size Large, for my husband, for work, because he works for the railroad and has to walk for miles, every day, in the yard, connecting cars. His feet have been hurting, a lot, lately, from working double shifts (in 100°+ heat), so I did some research, to find the best men's work socks, for walking miles, a day, in steel toed boots, and these were listed as the top of the line, for: comfort, absorbing moisture to keep feet dry, keeping feet warm/cool, and not sliding down. My husband found all of these things to be true and was impressed with their performance. They are expensive, but they are worth the cost, when you consider all of their benefits and their lifetime warranty. I will buy these, again, in the future.
