I purchased these shoes to replace some Altras that simply did not hold up as well as I thought they should. I have to say I am sad to see Vasque going away. I have used their shoes/boots for many years and many miles on the PCT. These shoes appear well constructed and felt great from the get go. I put them to the test on a recent backpacking trip and they were great! I found them very comfortable and sturdy. Again, it is unfortunate that the quality built into these shoes and other Vasque shoes I have worn in the past is going away forever.

Nice sturdy leather low ankle hiking shoes; truly waterproof. Used it twice and fits perfect; however, needs to be worn a few more times to break-in.
