Salewa  Pedroc 2 Powertex Hiking Shoes - Men's

I’ve been running Salewa shoes for a while and have been waiting for the new iteration of the Wander GTX that I had purchased in 2018 that are pretty warn out now. The fit of these new waterproof shoes is a bit on the tight side but they should break in nice. I would definitely recommend for hiking, general walking and work around the house. The material is solid and the quality of the construction is very Salewa, doesn’t feel cheap at all. I have a flatter foot and a wide would have been nice but I would say true to size on the snug side pre-break in.

I’ve been wearing this pair for a few months now, across all kinds of terrain—from damp, wet grounds to rough rubble. I have to say, these are the best boots I’ve owned in the last 20 years. They are comfortable and fit really well. I expect them to last a good while yet, but I’ll definitely buy them again when they wear out.

I've had these shoes for a few weeks now and after swapping out the insoles I'm finding them to be very comfortable for walking, hiking, and had used them for mountain biking and they did well. They grip well on trails. I also like how they look and friends have asked me what they are and where to buy them.

Wider and very comfortable shoes. Suitable to nature and also for everyday use. Waterproof and breathable. Not suitable for running, but ideal for walking. Very good sole. Not suitable to very warm weather. Ideal for spring and autumn. Also ideal for summer in the nature (low to medium altitudes).

Really happy with these shoes! They’re comfortable, lightweight, and fit really well. I originally got them more for active use, but the Pedroc 2 Powertex has quickly become my everyday shoe. I find myself wearing them in pretty much any weather. 👌

Nice improvement to the prior Pedroc generation. Sole is sturdier, grippy and feels more stable. I wasn't sure I would like the wider last, however it has been great, even for my narrow feet.

Extremely comfortable! Love the comfort, thought they would be more grey than black. I would give them a 5 if they looked like advertised.

Great fit, thick foam is still very supportive not too soft. Very happy with these a great all around hiker okay to wear daily as well

I have narrow feet in these fit perfectly. Great support and cushion, which doesn't usually go together
