I bought this pack for daytrips in the Scottish Highlands and it has never disappointed me now that I am back on campus. It has roomy well-placed pockets, plenty of strength and frame support and the ventilated back keeps you you cool. If a day pack is what you're looking for, this pack js an awesome choice.
Listing is not accurate -- looks like someone copy-pasted the feature list from the new version of the Arrio 24, and this listing is for an older discontinued version (not clear-- I purchased thinking it was the colorway that was discontinued, not the pack itself, since the up-to-date listing is nearly identical to this one). Many listed features are missing-- this pack does not have an adjustable torso, only one mesh side pocket, no bungee for trekking poles, etc. I will be returning this and will now have to scramble to find a pack I can use for an upcoming 1-day summit...
Perfect day pack, especially on a hot day. After researching several day pack / water reservoir combos I bought this product along with the 3 liter 3D water bladder from the same brand. The pack sits nicely on the shoulders and has capacity for snacks, first aid, day supplies, etc. I have even used it for backpacking on a 14 mile overnight trip. This has been my go-to day pack, and I have taken it on over 100 hikes. One of my favorite features is the large gap between the back and pack, allowing substantial air flow. In Florida, this has made hiking much more comfortable, especially in the summer months. The only part I find unnecessary is the belt strap. Perhaps it's a personal preference, but I didn't find them particularly useful and ended up cutting them off.
This is a great little daypack. I love how Gregory included the features of a big backpack in a smaller package. The mesh keeps your back cool and the draw cord closure quick and convenient. My only issue is that a nalgene tends to fall out of the water bottle pocket if you bend down.
Fantastic backpack for light day hikes. I've used it on 10 ish mile hikes and been really happy as its light and has good airflow. If oyu need a serious backpack this isnt the one as its not very big and the waist straps are useless. But for a simple day hike its perfect.
This pack is so lightweight and comfortable. It has all of the pockets and features I need with out all the extra zippers and stuff that get in the way. The suspension system carries weight well and is super breathable. This will be the pack I use all summer long!!
I really like the backpack! It seems to be very durable and thoughtfully designed. It also looks very cool. It's my second daily use backpack from Gregory. I really liked my first one that I purchased 5 years ago and the second one seems to be even better.
Believe it or not, it's not easy finding a quality backpack that can strap to your airline luggage. I have traveled with my Gregory for years and it has never let me down. This pack is for my wife and she loves it! One pack, several ways to use it.
Amazing day pack. Super light weight, multiple different pockets on the front and the inside. The trampoline backing system is amazing for airflow and a really sleek nice looking design. Love this bag !
It's a good quality backpack that I can use for all season day hikes; plenty of space to carry enough water, clothes, as well as food for a day.
