Attractive but frustrating.
No, I do not recommend this product
I love the top pocket--very handy. I also appreciate that I can put a lot of stuff into this pack. Great color options. My biggest problem with this pack is something I never knew would be a problem. There is no waist strap. There is an adjustable chest strap, and it seems to do a good job of centering the weight if I allow the strap to be closer to the top of the sleeves--close to my collar bone, which is very uncomfortable. If I put the chest strap at a more comfortable angle for myself, it allows the weight to sit lower. For going to and from work, this is do-able. I may need to find a different model before I go traveling or hiking however, as I don't think I will be able to tolerate the looseness of the pack's movements on a continuous basis. I have in the past relied upon the waist strap to do everything from hold the pack in place, to keeping an unzipped jacket from flaring out as I walk. I did not check for a waist strap because I did not realize they were not a given on all back packs. That is on me. My other frustration is that, although the dual zipper and snap lock looks great and makes me feel as though the contents are secure, it is very difficult for me to add and remove items to the pack one-handed. This may get easier as the snaps and zippers lose their stiffness over time. Still, I find myself needing to hold the bag in place with one hand, or lean it against something, while I add items
