Chaco Rapid Pro for more rugged terrain
I have several pair of Chacos that I have acquired over a number of years. I really appreciate the updated sole that is more rugged. When walking on uneven or rocky ground it provides more comfort since the sole is thicker. I have noticed that the strapping is a bit thinner that in years past and am hopeful that it does not stretch when wet. I really appreciate the adjustability of the straps and the extra security that the toe loop offers. The variety of patterns and color options are also a bonus.
I Love my Chaco’s
I live in my Chaco’s spring through fall. I like the arch support and the toe loop for stability. I wear mine hiking, climbing on rocks and kayaking. I bought my first pair over 25 years ago.

Chaco Stands Up to the Challenge!
This is my second pair of Chaco sandals in 30 years, both having toe loops. They are sturdy, built for rugged use, have a great arch support, and footbeds that remain smell-free. Chaco will also resole and/or repair certain models. I can't say enough good things about them.
