I get the Velcro belt idea and it works well but what are the side tabs from the inside of pants for? Can I cut them off if I don’t use them? I have a feeling they’re for a body protection pads??
I needed mtb pants for spring/fall temps that would work with pads. These are great! The material, the pockets, the stretchiness, and the adjustable waist. I'm happy. I did start with medium, but with pads, I moved up to a large.
