Super lenses
These are amazing! The fit is perfect, coverage is great, and the lenses are so nice. The only downside for me are the hinges- I’m not used to the expandable style, ( I’ve owned several Smiths over the years), and I usually pop my glasses up on my head or ball cap. With this pair they don’t stay up as easy because the hinges have that expansion feature. Not a complete failure but I have to be a bit more careful with these. That being said the glass lenses can take a beating and not get scratched!
Lenses do not match advertised models
The sunglasses fit well and the lens quality meets the typical smith standards. However, the brown/green polarchromatic option does not have nearly enough mirror. They cast shadows of your face, and can not cut through glare. The pictures on the website are not indicative of the real world function.
Great style, great quality
Love these glasses, especially on the water. Reduces glare, have polarized lenses, and wraparound fit covers/shades your eyes and the sensitive skin around them too. A bit pricey but you get great quality glasses!
Great fishing glasses
i use these for river fishing in the nrth east, these glasses made it super easy to keep an eye on the fly in all conditions.
