Not breathable
No, I do not recommend this product
This bra was comfortable and flattering but unfortunately the material at the bottom trapped sweat. Even if I was just wearing it around the house I’d feel gross and sweaty which is not usually an issue with any other bra I wear. It just isn’t breathable like you’d expect a sports bra to be.

Form Fitting
I’m a 34DD and the medium was realllllly snug. I think I’ll exchange for a large. The fabric is really smooth, silky feeling. I know this will be good for high impact because it’s so tight. For me personally I like my clothes a bit oversized and more breathable. I’m usually a medium in BeyondYoga bras but for this one I’m thinking a large is best.
