Great sun coverage, no over heating, quick drying, grows with your child's head with the adjustable bonus! This was a great purchase and my 6 year old still wears this hat!

Bought this hat (adult L for my husband and kids M for myself) for a trip to Africa and liked it a lot. I have a small head and kids M size was perfect to me. It is very light and cool. It is foldable and can be easily put away in any small space when not needed. The size adjusts very well, so in combination with a string it stays on the head even under a strong wind. Not having a brim in the back is a big plus for me as other hats always interfere with my backpack.The hat is also pretty elegant, and does not look big while having a good coverage. I do not plan to use any other summer caps or hats anymore.

Any sort of wind will pick this hat up off your kid’s forehead. It’s a light hat but the point is to provide sufficient shade to forehead, cheeks and neck. We love the Sunday Afternoon brand and have three other hats of a different style that stay put in all sorts of adventures. With our growing child, I thought to buy a similar hat for out whole family. This hat probably works well for hot, dry. windless adventures! It’s very light and likely washes and dries well. In light trade winds, the brim flaps up like a duck bill and is ineffectual and is unflattering. One has to hold it down with one hand which is pretty inconvenient for a 7-year-old. Will keep our other hats in good condition until I can find something else better. The search continues!

Got this hat for my 2.5 year old toddler because his previous one kept getting blown away and I love this hat so much. Very light, wind proof, huge brim that bends to allow more open view if desired. I will be coming back over and over gain. Couldn’t be happier.

Thankful for Sunday kid’s hats! They fit my small head great and I love they are made with the same care and quality as the adult hats.

This hat provides excellent sun protection, but its large size doesn't get in the way of your daily activities.

Ordered a size up for my toddler. Great fit with the adjustable strap in the back and it creates great shade.

Love these hats! But this one fits kind of small compared to other styles that we have purchased. I got a kids medium for my 4 year old and it was snug, returning for a L. Just something to keep in mind if you'd like to extend it's usability, there is a thing to adjust it smaller on the back so I would go up in size.

I love this hat so much that in preparation for a Baja kayak trip, I bought a second just in case I lost the first one. I am an adult woman with a small head and fine hair. As s result, this large size of "kids" hat fits me perfectly with room to adjust to loosen and tighten given conditions. It packs beautifully and is ultralight. I bought my first hat in Hawaii for a whale watch trip and by sheer luck, I tried on the kid's size "large" and learned that it was perfect for me.
