Sunday Afternoons  Ultra Adventure Hat - Kids'

Any sort of wind will pick this hat up off your kid’s forehead. It’s a light hat but the point is to provide sufficient shade to forehead, cheeks and neck. We love the Sunday Afternoon brand and have three other hats of a different style that stay put in all sorts of adventures. With our growing child, I thought to buy a similar hat for out whole family. This hat probably works well for hot, dry. windless adventures! It’s very light and likely washes and dries well. In light trade winds, the brim flaps up like a duck bill and is ineffectual and is unflattering. One has to hold it down with one hand which is pretty inconvenient for a 7-year-old. Will keep our other hats in good condition until I can find something else better. The search continues!

Got this hat for my 2.5 year old toddler because his previous one kept getting blown away and I love this hat so much. Very light, wind proof, huge brim that bends to allow more open view if desired. I will be coming back over and over gain. Couldn’t be happier.

Thankful for Sunday kid’s hats! They fit my small head great and I love they are made with the same care and quality as the adult hats.

I love this hat so much that in preparation for a Baja kayak trip, I bought a second just in case I lost the first one. I am an adult woman with a small head and fine hair. As s result, this large size of "kids" hat fits me perfectly with room to adjust to loosen and tighten given conditions. It packs beautifully and is ultralight. I bought my first hat in Hawaii for a whale watch trip and by sheer luck, I tried on the kid's size "large" and learned that it was perfect for me.

I purchased my first hat 15 years ago. Although there was nothing wrong with it, it had discolored over years of outdoor use. I am a small stature person and I again ordered a child's hat and I was not disappointed. It just the right size and never falls off. The UV protection as needed for my Mohs surgery is perfect. They offer a lifetime warranty but I guarantee you no one will use it, they last forever.

I am 66 years old and have always had a hard time finding a hat small enough to fit my 21” head. I now have 3 Sunday Afternoon Kids hats and they all fit great. My latest is the Kids Ultra Adventure, size M. It will be great when I’m working outside in the sun or when hiking.

We love Sunday Afternoons hats, it is one of the few brands that I recommend to other parents. We just sized up to the larger size and love all the features and sun coverage!! Our kids have been wearing these for years and will keep wearing them for years!

This is our second Ultra Adventure Hat purchase. First one was outgrown and stayed in beautiful condition, even after packing, folding, and stuffing into backpacks. We are looking forward for this hat to last just as long.

Love this hat. We bought one for each of our 4 grandkids as they came along because both my husband and I have one and love them. Wide brim to shade their ears and longer back to shade their neck. This hat is a winner!

First of all the customer service from Sunday Afternoons staff is excellent - Second of all, this hat is the best! My kid never complains or tries to take it off because it is so comfortable & lightweight.
