decent mug but lid can get stuck
Handle is nice and big: perfect for my large hands. Does not keep drinks hot for as long as I had expected but I find it adequate. Lid does seem to be leakproof. My biggest complaint is that it is pretty easy to screw the lid on so tight that it is very difficult to unscrew. It would have helped had the manufacturer placed some kind of texturing around the rim of the lid to enable better grip for unscrewing.
I love this cup.
I love this cup. It keeps my tea hot for hours on end. Hands down the best cup I’ve ever had.
