Noisy bugger.
Nice color, but crinkly and stiff. If you are not moving your arms much and need a lightweight packable wind-breaker, this could work. I ultimately returned it because I wanted something for activity (hiking, running) and the crinkly swooshing was way beyond my tolerance for that noise.
