A Great Choice for a Bit More Warmth
Yes , I recommend this product
Great fit and comfort. The neck is taller than my previous down vest, which is nice for colder weather, but a little constricting if simply worn around the house. At 5'11' and 165lbs, the large fits well.

No, I do not recommend this product
I can see now why this vest made it to clearance and was so available during the Labor Day Sale. It's still available. I am 6'2", 225lbs and this fits well, albeit a faint large; but the real issue is after ONE wearing on a day trip not involving any hiking, it has two holes with the stuffing available to pull out. Really? I own a different Patagonia vest (the crosshatched knit pattern vs. this ribbed knit pattern) and it is tough as expected for the cost. Each are $200+ and this one is so fragile that sitting in a car or restaurant is too abrasive. How bizarre! While packing it for return, I noticed it included a little sealing/patching kit. I think the fact that is included is a 'tell', but for it to have two holes after one wearing and nothing at all rigorous? -No, no, no-

I absolutely love this vest. It’s lightweight, warm, comfortable, and not bulky. It’s perfect for layering and works just as well for everyday wear as it does for hiking or traveling. The quality is excellent, as you’d expect from Patagonia. It has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of outdoor clothing.
