warmest thing I’ve ever put on
Saw online and went to check out in store. This is the warmest hoodie I’ve ever tried on. Putting it on was like a heated blanket, instant warmth. So comfortable, love the grid, cool that the hood adjusts. Totally replacing my fleece in my layering system. Might not even need a down jacket over this one!
Style and Substance
Soft like the down of a gosling. Comfortable as Chinese silk. Flexible as my uncle’s waistband at Thanksgiving.
My Favorite Hoody
I bought this wanting something light enough for layering on hikes, but could also stand-alone as something casual to wear. So far, it has by far checked both of these boxes. When I have worn it hiking, it seems to hold up pretty well against light wind and does a great job of insulating. It has a small zipper pocket in the main hoody pocket for safekeeping items (I’ve fit my phone in there with a tight squeeze). 10/10 purchase for me.

Grid fleece hoodie. Heavyweight. Old style looser fit. Hood down creates great neck gaiter. Bought for my son. He owned one already. Likes it so much he wanted one for inventory in case of loss, theft, or unrepairable damage. Wears it as outer layer on low wind days, under shell in colder harsher conditions
Perfect in every way
I absolutely love this sweater! Unfortunately, it was delivered with the security tag still on it and I live quite a ways from the nearest REI to have it removed. That was pretty disappointing because I had planned to wear it out of town the day after receiving it.
Warm, comfortable, stylish
The white version of this hoody is so awesome. It goes with everything. It's super warm, especially with a base layer underneath it. It's extremely comfortable and perfectly sized. Smartly designed. My wife wants to steal it! I live in this.
Does not run big based on my experience
Many have said this runs large. I don’t agree. I think this pullover fits well in the arm length but is snug in the shoulders and under the arm pits. I ordered a medium based on reviews but returned it for a large. I’m 5-10, 173 pounds.
This item seems to run small.
The shoulder and chest fit feels a bit small. The fleece is also short at the bottom. I’m usually a large but when I raise my arms I can almost see my belly button. I’ll be exchanging for an extra large.
Good hoodie
Soft, warm, comfortable, loose fit, large pocket. However, small "secret pocket" is pretty much useless - opening is too small (I couldn't put my hand inside).
