I'm 5' 9", #195, Size Large fit me comfortably and wasn't too tight for an old man's physique. Very soft, thin material that was just a little cooler than similar hoodies from Patagonia and REI. Hood fit over baseball hat and wasn't blown off fishing the surf.
I own quite a few UPF shirts. This one is by far the softest, most comfortable one.
