Poorly Made

This jacket should be much higher quality for the price MH charges. Received it earlier this week, was unhappy to find frayed/unraveling stitches immediately after taking it out of the packaging. Wore it out in the mountains for the first time this weekend, stuffed it into its pocket to store in my pack and the pocket’s seam split. SMH. Light, warm, breathable but it won’t last and very expensive

Terrible main zipper that constantly jams

I can't use down insulation and was excited to try this jacket. Everything is great except that the main zipper is the worst. The material next to the zipper teeth constantly gets pulled into the zipper track and causes the zipper to jam. This happens in multiple locations from top to bottom and even snags multiple times in one pull. It doesn't matter how good the jacket is when the most basic of functions can't be performed. And each time it snags, it seems to shred the thin material that it grabs in the zipper track so it definitely won't last very long.

Tehachapi frost fighter

After my special addition ghost jacket had an unfortunate fire accident . I had to replace it as it was one of my go to jackets ..I stayed toasty in 28 degree weather for at least an 1 hour until the wind kicked in…I think I was at my physiological threahold for this jacket …With an outer shell over this Jacket I continued on as the wind chill brought me into the low 20’s …the recycle products is a great sustainable ethic ..however remember that this jacket needs to be handled with care around the campfire …fairly flammable

Warm jacket missing some of the premium elements

Warm, great looking, and good fit. My issue is no drawstring for the hood so it's pretty useless standalone and I would've really liked some lining in the pockets - just a bit cheap feeling against the hands if you've been spoiled with something warmer and more textured. Inside zipperee pocket would also have been a nice touch and I'd expect at this price point. Still, gets the job done and I'm happy with it for the blablack Friday price I paid.

Just buy the Ghost Whisperer instead

Just a very light wind breaker. The fill is minimal. Fit larger than expected. When wearing in 65 degree weather for just a few minute I got cold and could feel a breeze. Heaver than the Ghost Whisperer jacket. I love my old Ghost Whisperer jacket, this Ghost Shadow jacket is already shipped back and will order a Ghost Whisperer jacket instead.

Nice packable insulated jacket.

This is a good synthetic insulated jacket. I got it for my son and he loves how lightweight it is and gives him the right warmth for his day to day activities. I was surprised how thin the insulation feels, but it does well in keeping him warm. And its great for layering under a rain shell.

Long lasting jacket!

I have used this jacket for years. It has lasted amazingly since the first day I bought it! Colors have only gotten better also. The jacket is not as warm as a down jacket but it works perfectly on those chilly mornings leading into the afternoon. Great jacket and definitely recommend!

Favorite jacket

I wear this every day and it always keeps me super warm no matter if it’s -12 f or 20 and a blizzard, it also repels a little moisture which is super convent for skiing and living in the mountains! Plus it’s 100% recycled materials which is really cool

Great Jacket

I bought this jacket and thru-hiked the AT. Great jacket, used it as a mid layer and my "hiking puffy" it smelled like hell, but it worked and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Great warmth to weight ratio without hitting the wallet too hard.
