comfortable and not too warm
I'm generally not a fan of beanies because my head overheats easily, but this hat is warm without being too warm. It's a midweight material and I think the wool content helps make it more breathable. I also appreciate some polyester so that it isn't as itchy as pure wool hats. If you unfold the brim, the REI logo is hidden, which I appreciate since I don't like wearing obviously branded clothing. The teal color is really beautiful, and if they came out with other fun colors, I'd buy a second one.
