Cozy Fall and Winter Jacket
I love cozy jackets and this one didn't disappoint. I'm 5'9", 175lbs and got a medium size. I had plenty of room if I wanted to wear a thicker sweater underneath the jacket. Plus the bottom of the jacket has adjustable bands so you can tighten the bottom portion to keep any breeze from coming in from underneath. As usual, the hood also has adjustable ties as well in case you want it more snug around your head. The 2 side pockets have plenty of room for things to keep. The chest pocket is big enough for my phone so I kept it there for easier access. The pocket has a zipper so you can easily open and close it up so your phone or other items do not fall out. Used it during a camping trip when the temperature started getting a bit cool and crisp out.
It’s really warm and heavier than you might expect
We haven’t had many fall days in the southeast until today, luckily I was prepared with my Campwell Fleece jacket. I love the oversized pocket in the front, great place to store my phone or sunglasses. The jacket has a good thickness and weight to it assisting to keep in the warmth while remaining breathable. I’m a big guy and it’s designed to still allow flexibility without feeling restrictive or uncomfortable. It’s feels sturdy but perhaps too heavy to make the cut in my pack for a backpacking trip, but perfect for knocking around town or hanging out at the campground. I’ve even found this useful for just lounging around the house in the evening while the temps drop to 65F.
Comfortable and functional!
It’s been a challenge to really test this jacket out in this heat wave we’ve been experiencing in southern California, but, at last, it is finally cooling down in the evenings! Let me tell you that this jacket keeps you nice and toasty! What more could you ask for from fleece, though? It’s all about comfort and warmth! This jacket features nylon overlays in abrasion-susceptible areas, such as the shoulders and elbows. Although the cuffs aren’t adjustable due to their elastic design, there are bungee cinches around the waist for adjustment to your comfort. My favourite things about this jacket are the pockets! There are two button pockets, one zip pocket on the chest for my wallet, and two interior drop-in pockets. I also like the comfortable hood, which does have drawstrings, but I haven’t found reason to use those. Overall, this is a great campsite jacket or casual every day-use jacket. I’ve gotten compliments that it looks good, and it’s nice and soft to touch. Colour me impressed by the Campwell Fleece Jacket! This jacket does run more on the baggy side, but it is meant for warm weather.
