Fjallraven  High Coast Pro Shoulder Bag

This is a great bag; good looking, versatile, and well constructed. I use it for going between home and work and for long days out and about. It's a great "all day bag;" it really shines in terms of how well it functions in different situations, such as going to the office, out for a cafe and shopping, or can do a minimalist overnight (with careful packing of non-bulky clothes). It has an excellent design that keeps things organized.The exterior open pockets will hold a water bottle and/or an umbrella for easy access; the zippered pocket on the other side is perfect for securing a thin wallet or phone (or both). The interior divisions are quite well thought out: there is an adjustable toggle that holds the laptop area snug; there are also smaller open pockets for small notebooks, eyeglasses, etc. The bottom and sides of the laptop area are not padded, so a caveat that this isn't as protective as a full laptop case. For rougher travel, a sleeve would add an extra layer of protection. For from home to wherever, it's more than fine. The water bottle/thermos holder inside has a fairly wide circumference. It's the perfect size for larger tumbler type travel mugs or one of those cylindrical portable espresso makers. :-) When I thought of Fjallraven, I thought of backpacks, but this is a very stylish and still practical bag; Fjallraven quality with fresh design.
