Brooks  Dash 8" Half Tights - Men's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mens Dash Half Tight is an amazing addition to my wardrobe. I’d say it’s a little Dash of something to my running that recipe that leads to an awesome running experience. The Dash it adds is lightness and no bulk, yet amazing comfort that allows me to just move with freely with on my running. This half tight is true to size, has an inner liner that feels great and does not chaff or hug too tightly when walking or running day to day. The Dash Half Tight also has a deep pocket on the right side that can fit a large phone snuggly. The fabric allow feels great on the body and is breathable without leaving you or your pocket contents soggy. The Dash Half Tight is light and has a convenient single pocket to help you get up and running quickly.

My first activity in these shorts was a 12 mile run. The compression felt tighter than snug and not too tight. It provides good support. Best of all there was no chaffing.

They’re incredibly breathable and perform well on the hot, humid days we often experience in the Midwest. As a larger runner, I ordered an XL because I was between sizes. While the XL ended up being just slightly too big, I was surprised since I have another style in XL that fits perfectly, even with my larger quads. Sizing aside, these are outstanding running tights. The side pocket and interior key pocket are both secure and practical, making it easy to carry essentials without worry. They provide support where you need it while allowing full freedom of movement, making them very comfortable on runs. I highly recommend these tights. I typically don't run extremely long distances, but for runs in the 6–8 mile range, they are lightweight, comfortable, and perform exceptionally well. Overall, they're a great choice for anyone looking for a breathable, supportive pair of running half tights.

The one inside and one outside pocket are enough for regular runs around town, not for big trail adventures. But that's okay, they're light, fast, and I appreciate the liner. These could be race-day tights.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve really enjoyed the Men’s Dash Half Tight shorts. I had been looking for new athletic tights to add support as well as functionality. These tights nailed both perfectly. The fabric was soft while handling sweat well. They were tight while not chafing on longer runs. I loved the side pocket that I could slip my phone in and have it securely held during a run. Even when my other shorts had pockets, they never hold a phone in a way that lets you run normally. These tights have everything I needed for my daily runs. I’d recommend these tights to anyone who runs or works out regularly.

I’m slightly self conscious so I still wear shorts over them but love the convenience of the side pocket for my phone. Allows me to take it with me in a manner in which I don’t have to have a separate carrier. Highly recommend and encourage anyone that’s looking to add on a few miles each week to try them out.

The fabric is comfortable and breathable, held up well on daily runs without chafing. The pocket is a standout feature - big enough to fit my phone securely without bouncing around, which is great for runs where I want music or need my phone on hand. The fabric is sweat wicking and comfortable for long runs. I like the internal underwear, which I found very comfortable. Overall I would recommend these shorts for runners. However they run small so I would size up. Also if you do not like compression, these are not for you.

I’m going to order a larger pair and see if the legs fit better without compromising the waist. I do like the material and the side pocket is great.
