[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Momentum Thermal Reflective Tight are the perfect tights for laying during colder runs! I have worse them alone, under shorts, or wind breakers. The tights are very comfortable, the thermal is soft and does not itch or chaff the legs. I also love how it allows me to stay warm while also allowing the moisture to release NOT overheating me. I have worn the Momentum Thermal Reflective Tight during raining runs and on colder morning runs. They have preformed well under both conditions. The color and reflective logos are stylish and not “loud”. The ankle zippers allow for a loser fit and make it easier to put on and take off. There is also a pocket on the back perfect for ID and or earbud case and the side leg pocket is perfect for your phone.

The ankles have zippers which make putting on a tighter garment a breeze and also allow for a little bit of air after a longer run. The side pocket phone holder sits snug on the leg and keeps a phone from moving or bouncing as you run, even after numerous miles. The zipper pocket on the back holds a wallet and keys securely with minimal bounce which is definitely appreciated. Finally, the builtin liner keeps any awkward fit in the crotch from being visible so a pair of shorts over the tights isn't necessary. Overall the Brooks tights are a great product that I highly recommend for runners of all entry points and ability levels.

They are very comfortable and do a great job staying in place. On a 12 mile outing, chaffing or awkward rubbing. Storage is fairly limited, so if you are training for a marathon you are still going to need a belt or pack. Let’s talk about warmth. I struggle to call these anything except cool weather tights. In mid-50’s to 60’s these are great, however anything below that gets dicey quick. The included fleece is neat, but why was this chosen for your calves? The front of my thighs that take the brunt of cold wind, gets not much more than a long short offers. The “privacy” is great, though to be fair I typically wear a longer top anyway. The reflectivity is nothing great, but for tights I don’t think it’s necessary. In the end, these are super comfortable tights I would wear in coolish weather, including super long runs.
