My New Hiking Favorites

As an avid hiker with fussy feet, I was devastated when my tried and true Oboz Katabotic Low hiking shoes were redesigned. HOWEVER, I found my new hiking boots in the Crosscut Low. Perfect combo of firmness and cushion, initially slightly loose in the heel (I have a narrow heel) but perfect once my feet warmed up. Plenty of space for my toes. Excellent grip on high desert trails. I have avoided this type of lacing system but found it no problem, especially with the extra little strap to tuck the end in. I wear size 8 shoes and ordered these in 8.5. Wore with zero cushion Smartwools. I may order another pair for Athleisure and travel, I love them that much.

Great hiking shoes.
Very comfortable shoes. Great grip. Took no time at all to break them in. I hike up to 15 miles in a day and my feet feel great at the end of the hikes.
