prAna  Rock Ridge Melrose Pants - Women's

This is my second pair of Melrose’s. I have em in black and stormy night. This pair (black) is defo more comfy and a comfortably looser than the stormy night pair. From my understanding, this pair has some stretch compared to the other. One of my favorites in my closet! So good for traveling and outdoor adventures!

I liked these pants a lot but the cheap plastic buttons started breaking apart into pieces after only a few wears.

These pants are super comfy and flattering. I'm short and a little fat, having an inverted triangle frame. These pants balance my body type PERFECTLY. They hug my hips and butt then flare out. A 14 fit perfectly and I'm 5'4" 190lbs. Huge fan of shorter inseams. There is a comfy amount of stretch to these pants. The material is sturdy and thick, but not too thick. The pockets are roomy. Instead of a zipper these have a button fly. I thought I might hate it but actually love it! It's flattering and easy to manage once you're used to it. I will say I was annoyed that I bought these and then they went on sale the next day lol. Oh well!

Thank goodness cotton stretch pants r back in vogue. I have these Melrose pants in black (from a retail store) and cargo green. I found the blue grey color (it’s teal) didn’t work for me. I LOVE them, they have a flattering silhouette, r tough and comfortable, and don’t need shortening like most of my pants. I like the buttoned closure, the buttons r large enuf to handle easily and quickly and create a flat and secure closure. There r extra buttons included for the person whose button broke. I wear a lot of Prana products, they r well designed and last.

Love these pants. Very comfortable, nice, light, canvas cotton fabric. Can be worn camping, hiking, or dressed up for dinner in town. They seem very durable. I wear them as casual wear. I’m 141 lbs, 5’5”, with an athletic shape (not a lot of waist), normally wear a ten, but these are perfect in an eight. Length is great, look like normal pants on me, not too long, not at all short. I’ve already bought the light green and have my sights on the tan.

THE perfect pant. 2 months postpardum, 155lbs, 5’4 and these are it for me! The perfect amount of stretch but not too much you loose the pant look. They don’t pinch or cut off circulation anywhere. Perfect length Hits right above my ankles and look literally perfect with sneakers, Birkenstocks and my blundstones. I had the prior melrose pant and LOVED these however, are even better!! Wearing a size 8 and not wearing any other pant except these.

Prana is now my go to brand. In the past, I have drifted away from it because of the quality and fit. I have strong hips because I ski hard in the back country and run steep hills. while super capable pants just never seem to fit to give me that effortless “cool put together look”. I bought these after buying two other pairs of pants and I’m just so impressed. I can’t stop coming back to the site to think about what else should I get?

Really cute barrel-inspired pants! Stretchy and lightweight but feel sturdy enough for climbing. Been enjoying these for climbing in the gym but are stylish enough for dinner after. Typically I wear a size 6 but in prana I find that 4 fits best. I got these in a 4 but could’ve even gone down to a 2 for a tighter fit. The 4 hangs off of my hips for a slightly oversized look (I’m 135 lbs 5’4”, athletic body type).

I purchased a green pair and had to go back for the ivory color. They have a nice relaxed fit that you can wear casually or dress up with a nice top. I’m 5’2 and around 145 pounds. The first pair I bought my regular size 8 but second pair I bought a size 6. Both fit well but I have a little extra room in the 8. They also fall right at the bottom of my ankles - so if you’re taller they may look a little cropped.
