Runs loose
Yes , I recommend this product
Runs big/loose. I’m a size 7 and usually do a 36 but my toes hit the front/top of the shoe so went a size up. 38 was a little too big and loose but with socks it’s good. These were the narrow width as well and still loose. Love how they look though and arch hits properly.
